I am the co-founder of Redox Software, a company dedicated to modernising legacy software systems. As software modernisation specialists, we’ve built long-lasting partnerships with clients, some extending beyond 18 years. My passion lies in inspiring purpose through innovative software solutions, empowering businesses and individuals to overcome challenges and reach their fullest potential. This belief stems from the principle: a business is only as good as its people. With this in mind, we’ve developed the “Software as an Employee” (SaaE) paradigm—a innovative approach to legacy software modernisation. This concept embodies the idea that software, like your best team members, should continuously evolve, adapt, and add value to your organisation. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on: Legacy System Evolution Digital Transformation Strategy Bespoke Software Development I’m particularly passionate about guiding non-tech leaders through the complexities of software projects. I regularly share practical insights to help decision-makers navigate the often confusing world of software development and modernisation. Whether you’re scaling up, starting fresh, or looking to breathe new life into legacy systems, I’m here to explore how technology can propel your organisation and its people forward. I believe in creating solutions that not only upgrade technology but also unlock human potential within organisations.
