I’ve spent more than 25 years helping organizations get real business value from their IT investments. Early in my career, I was hands-on with enterprise CRM implementations—first as an internal IT leader at Texas Instruments, and later as a consultant for large and complex organizations including BP, Sabre, and AT&T.

Through those experiences, I saw a common challenge: getting systems live on time and on budget is only half the battle. The real measure of success is whether people actually adopt the technology and use it to deliver measurable business outcomes.

That insight has shaped the focus of my work today. I specialize in helping leaders ensure their IT initiatives achieve strong user adoption and demonstrable ROI. My approach blends customer success, change management, and practical strategies that make technology stick—long after go-live.

I’m particularly interested in learning from other IT leaders about where they see adoption challenges and what’s working in their organizations.
