| Profile |
I’m a Chief Information Officer, cybersecurity leader, and operating-committee executive who works with senior leaders and boards on how technology, risk, and data shape trust, resilience, and long-term performance. My work helps organizations make clear, defensible technology decisions in environments where confidentiality, judgment, and execution matter. I partner with executive teams to align technology strategy with business priorities, reduce unnecessary risk, and build secure, scalable, and intentionally simple platforms.I bring perspective from serving as CIO, CTO, and CISO across professional services, legal, financial, and technology organizations, from early-stage companies to global enterprises. This experience has shaped a pragmatic, business-first approach to cybersecurity, governance, and enterprise architecture that favors clarity and accountability over complexity.
In addition to my executive role, I’m an Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity at DePaul University, where I teach applied risk management, governance, and security fundamentals. I regularly write and speak on technology leadership, cybersecurity, and decision-making, including contributions as a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
I enjoy thoughtful conversations with journalists, conference organizers, and boards, and I’m especially interested in board and advisory roles where technology and cyber risk intersect with enterprise governance.
