I am passionate about effective, transformative communication.

I have worked with in drama and theatre for the past 35 years. I started out in Repertory and at the National and the West End throughout the 1980s. In the 1990s I moved into Higher Education and have lectured in theatre, drama and performing arts.

Over the last decade I have turned my attention to the ways in which theatre can be transformative. Theatre allows us to see ourselves from a range of different perspectives; it allows us to imagine ourselves differently. It is an aid to transformation – and I’ve never lost faith in it!

In 2013 I co-founded Dramatic Developments Ltd in order to provide a range of effective solutions to companies wanting to develop their security culture. Securing personal data is a central concern in contemporary business, and I’m proud to be part of it.
