The office becomes a collaborative space in hybrid working
Hybrid working offers smaller and medium-sized companies an opportunity to punch above their weight, driving more agile business processes, broadening access to hire and keep the best talent and by simply saving money on office rent. But not everything works better remotely. The office and other physical workspaces may still be required for in-person work, as contact centres and to maintain staff engagement. Connecting them effectively with the remote workforce requires SME IT leaders to put the appropriate policies, technologies and collaboration tools in place.
