Entering the pandemic era, organisations had to quickly adapt to remote working and new ways of engaging with customers. Existing IT projects were brought forward and sped up. New projects were frantically developed and implemented. Finding ourselves in an uncertain new normal, are the systems we built fit for purpose? How can we lead in these new times of increasingly distributed teams, using multiple different communication tools and mediums?
