Foodchain has built an online marketplace that connects over 1000 chefs with 75 suppliers around the UK; today we’re talking to their co-founder Richard, and explore how Foodchain are encouraging a sustainable, diverse food model. The current model encourages food producers to not concentrate on quality and Richard (and his team) are trying to change that landscape. We also discuss why it’s easier to build a foodtech business, rather than a food business.
