In this Digital Boardroom you’ll hear more about Grayce’s Award-winning Reverse Mentoring scheme, Walk a Mile. Since its inception Walk a Mile has helped connect people across Grayce who would not ordinarily cross paths in their day-today roles.

Through connecting people from different backgrounds and levels in the organisation and reversing the conversation, Grayce has been able to realise significant cultural and organisational benefits, far beyond original expectations. This has led to innovative changes and progressive business practices surrounding neurodiversity, inclusion and equity.

We’re sharing this practice with our clients who have been adopting Walk a Mile in their own organisations and we’d like to share it with you, to help you navigate an everchanging landscape, create a safe platform to encourage deeper conversations and make demonstrable change.

5 key outcomes of the digital boardroom:

  • Reverse Mentoring – the real benefits
  • How to establish an impactful Reverse Mentoring scheme
  • Lessons learnt from initiation through to implementation
  • Cultural adoption and embedment
  • Promoting Diversity of Thought
