The Exec's Guide to Nutrition & High Performance
- Tuesday, 16th February 2021
- 12:55 - 14:00
- Location: Online
For many of us, the last 12 months have taken its toll both physically and mentally and certainly also in terms of what we’ve consumed. Most endeavour to lead a ‘relatively’ healthy lifestyle, as the saying goes ‘healthy body and healthy mind’. However, we are also only human and as such we require releases, comforts and vices, and that’s perfectly fine too! Every now and again, it’s always good to take stock and review the way that we fuel our bodies and of course our minds.
During this Digital Boardroom we will cover:
• Harnessing stress to enhance performance.
• The impact of exercise on wellbeing.
• How food can improve focus and memory.
• The devastating effects of sleep deprivation.
