(Re-)Starting a Project with a New Development Partner

On-boarding and integrating a new development partner to take over a previously initiated project. Since 2016, Charles Fabian has been the CTO of City Wonders in Dublin. City Wonders has won numerous awards as one Europe's largest and best providers of high-quality guided tours: in 2019 one of its tours was awarded Trip Advisor's Traveller's Choice Award as the #1 Experience globally, while another City Wonders tour was Trip Advisor's most booked tour in the world in 2017. A reliable, efficient and feature-rich IT infrastructure is indispensable in delivering high-quality experiences on the scale which City Wonders operates. In 2018, City Wonders selected Future Processing to develop a new bespoke back office to replace its existing 10 year-old legacy system, with Charles acting as the Product Owner for the project.
