With over a decade of experience spanning business case development, sensitivity analysis, cost modelling and pricing at some of the UK’s biggest technology brands, he currently specialises in voice technology within the Virgin Media Business product team. He works closely with our customers every day, guiding them as they move towards a more cloud-based technology approach. He's particularly excited about the way new and emerging voice technologies can drive higher employee productivity and engagement, which ultimately leads to a much better customer experience.

Tony Johnson joined CLA in April 2021 as Chief Technology Officer. Tony has over 20 years experience operating in senior Technology leadership roles. He is a highly commercial technologist who has delivered major technology and digital transformation across large scale global organisations in both the Retail and Media sectors. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, International IT at 20th Century Fox he oversaw the digital transformation of Fox’s international sales, marketing and distribution businesses. As CTO at CLA, Tony is responsible for designing the Technology strategy and roadmap, with a focus on delivering customer-centric technology solutions that are pivotal to the overall success of the organisation.
