Collaboration within the company, across the supply chain and with customers is the key to innovation and growth. The experiments with remote and hybrid working of the last two years have increased the adoption and use of various collaboration tools that connect communication with business processes.

Organisations are now moving from a patchwork of tools to some form of Unified Communications (UC) and from hybrid working to true agile working; enabling employees and partners to work on the same project from different locations and at different times. Agile collaboration requires a cultural shift in focus from inputs like showing up at the office at a specific time to results like the completion of tasks.
