Aligning IT and business is still a struggle in many organisations. Creating a real-time connection from strategy to execution, working out whether to pivot or double down on an investment, is a critical topic in the boardroom agenda.
The most innovative companies are driven by an Agile mindset. Emerged a quarter century ago as an iterative software development methodology, Agile methods and tools later transformed project management and then business in general.
Join us in this Digital Boardroom and learn how to
  • scale Agile across teams, programs and the organisation
  • reduce time-to-value through improved team collaboration
  • connect people, work, time and outcomes with Agile tools
