Company-wide collaboration for the new hybrid workforce
- Thursday, 25th November
- Registration 12.55pm to 2pm

82% of business leaders plan to deploy a hybrid, flexible or remote workforce after the pandemic, according to a recent study polling 500 UK business leaders. Remote working promises opportunities for savings, to widen the talent pool and improve employee wellbeing, if we can enable secure company-wide collaboration. How can we empower employees with access to integrated business tools like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce? How can we increase visibility of organisational performance through analytics?
Join this Digital Boardroom session with Andrew Lilley, Senior Director Sales Engineering EMEA at 8×8, to explore the pitfalls and opportunities of hybrid working, how CIOs and IT leaders can enable organisations to:
- unify communications and collaboration
- create organic experiences across video, phone, messaging, chat, devices and teams
- seamlessly embed collaboration into every workflow, application and process
- deliver engaging, personalized experiences, extending to the contact centre.
