His work is featured as a case study for the Open Universities Business School and serves as an exemplar of business techniques. With a passion for customer delivery and using technology to find solutions to customer issues, you will often find David supporting complex, transformation projects. Before joining 8x8, David founded an award-winning tech company helping businesses to use API / CTI skills to drive down costs, increase efficiency and improve CX. He now applies this knowledge and experience at 8x8 using communications technology to champion customer success.

David Threlfall is a Senior IT Professional with International business and IT transformation experience who is nothing short of enthusiastic about digital transformation, supporting the delivery of corporate objectives and adding value to business products and services. He is currently Chief Information Officer at Britishvolt, who are developing the UK's first battery gigaplant at a specially selected site in Northumberland. Previously he has led IT functions in a number of complex manufacturing and financial services Industries.
